Copyright

Copyright applications are prepared and submitted to the Copyright Office which is housed in The Library of Congress.  There are unique rules for how to present a copyrighted work for registration and for meeting the requisite standards for registration.  Dale has prepared and filed numerous copyright applications during his practice and routinely counsels his clients as to whether copyright is the appropriate form of intellectual property to pursue.
