The Ream Law Firm is very experienced in searching the trademark database, preparing, and filing federal trademark applications with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  A trademark application may also have to be prosecuted if the application is refused registration.  Dale is very experienced making a variety of arguments in favor of registration depending on the type of refusal experienced.  The conclusion of a trademark application process may include filing a Statement of Use showing how the mark is being used in interstate commerce.  A trademark registration may continue indefinitely so long as it continues to be used in commerce.
